How do I adjust the frame size?
The frame slides to adjust to a width of 25 to 46 cm. Set it to the desired size before pouring in your mixture.
How can I make unmolding easier?
Place two layers of baking paper under the frame and a template the size of the cake. The cake can then be removed cleanly once set.
