Yes, the three sizes (large, medium, small) are designed to be grouped together to create a sense of depth in the decoration.
Is this mold suitable for working with chocolate?
Yes, food-grade silicone is suitable for tempered chocolate as well as sugar paste or gumpaste, and releases the piece cleanly once it has cooled.
How can I prevent air bubbles in the molded balloons?
Press the paste gradually, starting from the center of the design and moving toward the edges. Do not overfill the mold, so you can push out the air before scraping off the excess.
