Its rigid stick can be inserted directly into sponge cake or a dummy tier used for display.

Insert the fountain in the center of the cake or arrange three in a triangle on a large cake, light the fuse at the top just before entering the room, then let the spray go out completely before removing the stick and cutting the cake. No, provided it is inserted vertically and removed after the stick has cooled completely. On delicate cream frosting, insert the fountain into a disk of fondant or a small support placed on top.

Yes, in a ventilated room with sufficient overhead clearance. Keep the fountain away from curtains, garlands, and balloons, and protect it from drafts that could bend the spray.
