The Ø 250 mm Tarte Ring Kit combines a thermoplastic tart ring and a silicone mold to create a finished tart measuring 240 mm in diameter with clean edges. The base bakes in the micro-perforated ring while the silicone mold shapes a mousse or cream topping to place on top, creating a large-format tart to share.

Usage tips
Note: Bake the base in the non-stick ring placed on a baking sheet or micro-perforated mat, then unmold and leave to cool. Pour the mousse or cream into the silicone mold, freeze until solid before unmolding, then place it on the base for final assembly.
