For a multi-tier wedding cake, a thicker support, such as a rigid base, is recommended. However, this 25 cm board is suitable for a single-tier wedding cake measuring 18 to 22 cm, or for displaying one tier after cutting.
Can you cut the cake directly on the board?
The golden finish may be marked depending on the pressure of the knife. To protect the board, place a sheet of parchment paper between the cake and the board.
