What’s the difference compared with a thick, load-bearing board?
This 3 mm tray is a thin board designed for presentation and separating tiers, unlike a thick, load-bearing cake board for heavy assemblies.
Can the cake be placed directly on it?
Yes, the coated surface is suitable for contact with food preparations. Avoid prolonged contact with very moist fillings, as the center of the board is made of cardboard.
Is it reusable?
Yes, as long as the surface stays clean and dry. Wipe it without getting it wet and store it flat; if it comes into contact with a moist filling, reserve it for single use.
