Note
Gradual dosage: 2 to 4 drops per 250 g of preparation (buttercream, ganache, ice cream), 4 to 6 drops per 500 g of baked batter. Taste after each addition; the flavor intensifies as it rests (use 25% less the day before for a preparation that rests overnight).
