Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Why does the entremet need to be frozen before spraying?
The velvet spray crystallizes instantly on contact with a very cold surface. Without first freezing it to at least -18 °C, the product runs and does not form its characteristic velvety texture.
How far should the spray can be from the entremet?
20 to 30 cm. Too close, and the spray forms droplets; too far away, and crystallization occurs in the air, reducing the color’s intensity.
Is light blue suitable for a baby shower for a boy?
Yes, this is the go-to shade for baby boys and gender reveals, as well as winter or seaside decorations.
