This pack of 5 empty, refillable cartridges replaces the original PGI550 and CLI551 cartridges in a wide range of Canon PIXMA printers: iX6850, iP7250, MX725, MG5450, MG5550, MG5650 and MG6450. Once installed, they can be refilled with a syringe and edible ink, sold separately, so you do not have to buy disposable cartridges again each time you refill.

Usage advice
- Install the 5 empty cartridges in the printer in place of the original cartridges.
- To refill, remove the cartridge and fill it only in its orange clip, never directly in the printer.
- Follow the color shown on each cartridge's label when filling it.
- Keep the orange clips carefully: they are reused for every subsequent refill.
Please note: this system requires a new compatible Canon printer dedicated exclusively to edible printing.
Never install it in a printer that has already been used with regular ink: non-food-grade residue may remain in the system and contaminate edible sheets. Using edible ink and this type of cartridge may void the printer manufacturer's warranty.
Frequently asked questions
Does this pack work with all Canon PIXMA printers?
No. It is calibrated for the PGI550/CLI551 format and is compatible only with the iX6850, iP7250, MX725, MG5450, MG5550, MG5650 and MG6450 models. Check your printer's exact reference before purchasing.
Can I use a printer that has already been used with regular ink?
No. You need a new printer dedicated exclusively to edible printing. A device that has already been used with regular ink is not suitable, as residue may remain in the ink system.
What should I do with the orange clips after the first refill?
Keep them: they are reused for each subsequent cartridge refill. Filling is always done in the clip, never directly in the printer.
