The Decora white rectangular drum board (30 x 40 cm, with other sizes available depending on the selected variant) combines a 12 mm thickness with high-density multi-layer cardboard, coated with a waterproof food-safe film on the top, bottom, and edges. Its rigidity makes it the go-to base for rectangular layer cakes, number cakes, and heavy tiered cakes.

USAGE TIPS
- Secure the cake to the drum with a few dots of royal icing or melted chocolate to prevent slipping during transport.
- For a number cake, allow 4 to 5 cm of clearance around the assembled numbers for handling and decorative borders.
- Place a rhodoid or parchment paper sheet under very moist cakes, such as mousses or fresh-fruit cakes, to protect the coating.
- Clean with a soft spatula followed by a damp cloth; never immerse the cardboard in water.
The multi-layer cardboard is not suitable for immersion: prolonged exposure to water delaminates the internal structure. A quick wipe is sufficient between uses.
