The Decora white round cake drum is a rigid 12 mm base for wedding cakes, tiered cakes and multi-tiered creations. Its white finish completely covers the top, bottom and edge. The multilayer food-grade cardboard is certified for food contact and available in 8 diameters from Ø 20 to Ø 50 cm, sold individually.

TIPS FOR USE

Choose a drum 5 to 10 cm wider than the cake to leave room for handling and decoration.
For a tiered cake, each intermediate drum should extend at least 5 cm beyond the diameter of the tier above it.
Secure the base with a few dots of royal icing to prevent slipping during transport.
Cover the visible edge with satin ribbon attached with food-safe double-sided tape or with a fondant border.

With a protective barrier (acetate or parchment paper) between the drum and the cake, this board can be reused several times without marking the white coating.
