Tadoka is a ready-to-use vanilla dose combining vanilla pods, vanilla concentrate and vanilla grains in a cocoa butter piece. One piece flavors 1 kg of preparation: no need to split, scrape or infuse. The 3-dose sachet is the ideal size for trying the product or occasional use.

Use
Use 1 dose per 1 kg of preparation or 1 l of liquid. Melt the piece into crème anglaise, pastry cream, ganache or an ice cream base, or grate it directly over a hot preparation, a plated dessert or a savory dish (fish, scallops, roasted vegetables).
Storage
Store in its original packaging, in a dry place away from light and heat. Reseal the sachet after opening.
