The TRD04 Leaves mat reproduces a finely detailed leaf pattern for creating elegant, precise edible sugar lace. Cakes, desserts and tiered cakes gain a flexible botanical decoration that follows the curves of the tiers, with more pronounced veining than the Wonder Cakes mats in the range.

Unmolding: Work in a dry room, as ambient humidity prolongs drying and weakens the pattern's fine veins. Peel off the strip by gently rolling it, then drape it over the creation while it is still flexible.
