Recommended uses

• Filling choux and éclairs by injection
• Smooth domes for entremets and individual Bavarian creams
• Thick lettering and continuous piping lines on icing

Instructions

• Place the piping tip inside an empty piping bag, with the nozzle facing the tip, and cut the end at the base for a clean fit
• Fill the piping bag two-thirds full with your mixture (buttercream, whipped ganache, stabilized whipped cream), pushing the air toward the tip
• Hold the piping bag vertically about 1 cm from the surface and apply steady pressure; rinse the piping tip with warm, soapy water after use (dishwasher-safe)
