The Colour Mill #1M Tip is a stainless steel piping tip, compatible with all disposable or reusable piping bags, with or without an adapter. Its wide open-star profile creates the classic spiral rosettes seen on display-case cupcakes and generous star borders on layer cakes.

Instructions
- Place the tip in an empty piping bag, with the nozzle facing the point, and cut the end at the base of the tip for a neat fit
- Fill the bag two-thirds full with your mixture (buttercream, whipped ganache, stabilized whipped cream), pushing the air toward the tip
- Hold the bag vertically about 1 cm from the surface and squeeze steadily; rinse the tip in hot, soapy water after use (dishwasher safe)
