Description
FUNCAKES White Gum Paste 250 g, also known as edible flower paste, is a professional modelling paste designed for sugar flowers, fine petals, leaves and delicate decorations. Its soft, silky texture can be rolled out very thin without tearing, and it dries quickly to set the shape permanently.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
How is it different from regular sugar paste?
Gum Paste dries faster and hardens once dry to hold the shape of the petals, whereas sugar paste remains pliable and is used to cover an entire cake.
How many flowers can you make with a 250 g bag?
About 30 to 50 g for a large flower such as a peony, 150 to 250 g for a bouquet of 5 to 7 medium-sized flowers, or 100 to 200 g for a complete floral decoration on one tier of a cake.
How do you dry Gum Paste flowers?
Place the petals on a drying foam to preserve their curve, or hang flowers assembled on stems. Allow 1 to 2 hours for a thin petal, 12 to 24 hours for a whole flower.
