Pavoni's Tiffany Blue oil-soluble powder colorant, from the Chocolart range, is a high-density food coloring that disperses in melted fats. Packaged in a 40 g jar, it is intended for decoration and coating, coloring cocoa butter, and preparations such as marzipan, sugar paste, ganaches, and creams.

Famous for its delicate shade between green and blue, Tiffany Blue adds a chic, contemporary touch, ideal for wedding creations and pastel themes.
Made from a blend of three pigments, this turquoise shade requires careful mixing: disperse it in melted cocoa butter at around 35 to 40 degrees C and stir well for an even color. This colorant is not designed for water-based preparations.
Please note: Disperse only in a melted fat (cocoa butter at around 35 to 40 degrees C); this oil-soluble colorant is not suitable for water-based preparations. Store in a dry place, protected from light and air, between 20 and 25 degrees C. Do not consume as is; for use exclusively in preparations, out of reach of young children. Warning: E104 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

An oil-soluble colorant disperses in fats, such as cocoa butter. A water-soluble colorant dissolves in water. For any fat-based preparation, an oil-soluble colorant like this one is necessary.
Why should this shade be mixed well before use?
Tiffany Blue results from mixing several pigments: insufficient mixing may produce an uneven shade. Stir the colored cocoa butter thoroughly before use.
