Colour Mill Ocean is a concentrated oil-soluble colorant in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Ocean shade produces a deep, vivid blue-green, more saturated than Sea Mist.

Ingredients: Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), colorants: E102, E132, E133, emulsifiers: E322, E433.
Please note: This colorant is oil-soluble and will not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the color gradually: it's easier to darken a shade that's too light than to lighten a base that's already too intense. Store away from light and heat, with the bottle tightly closed.
