Clay is a Full-Fill gel food coloring by the Hungarian brand Fractal, packaged in a 30 g soft tube. Its clay shade combines tartrazine (E102), carmoisine (E122) and brilliant blue FCF (E133), in a glycerol and propylene glycol base that mixes easily into doughs and creams.
