Cream is a Full-Fill gel food coloring by the Hungarian brand Fractal, packaged in a 30 g soft tube. Its cream shade combines quinoline yellow (E104), sunset yellow FCF (E110) and allura red AC (E129), in a glycerol and propylene glycol base that mixes easily into doughs and creams.
