Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
How many balls are in a 130 g bag?
A bag contains around 65 balls measuring 10 mm, enough for a full cascade on a multi-tier wedding cake or for several smaller signature cakes.
Does Allura Red require any special precautions?
Yes, Allura Red (E129) is one of the six azo dyes subject to the regulatory warning about children's attention, reproduced in the technical table above.
Why choose the XXL size instead of classic Choco Pearls?
The 10 mm diameter creates a more pronounced 3D effect than a scattering of 4-5 mm balls, ideal for a signature cascade in close-up photos.
