FUNCAKES food coloring comes in a concentrated 30 g paste, designed to color fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling paste and flower paste. Its heat resistance up to 200 °C also makes it suitable for cookie dough, unlike many standard food colorings.

Can it be used in cookie dough that will be baked in the oven?
Yes, this is one of the advantages of this coloring paste: it withstands baking temperatures up to 200 °C without any significant color change, unlike many standard liquid colorings.
Do all the shades contain a colorant that carries a child warning?
No. Several shades (Royal Blue, Sky Blue, Turquoise, Green) rely only on E133 or E102/E133, while Black, Dark Brown, Ivory, Yellow, Pink, Red and Christmas Red contain at least one colorant among E102, E104, E110, E122, E124 or E129, which may have adverse effects on children's activity and attention.
