Uses
- Fondant and marzipan: uniform coloring through kneading
- Gum paste and flower paste: coloring for sugar flowers and modeled petals
- Cookie dough: heat-resistant up to 200 °C
- Buttercream and royal icing: coloring for layer cakes, cupcakes, and decorated cookies
- Modeling paste: colored subjects and figurines
Dosage: take a small amount of paste with a cocktail pick or clean toothpick, gradually incorporate it into the preparation, kneading well between each addition until you achieve an even, streak-free color. Close the bottle tightly after use to prevent drying out.
