The FUNCAKES Strawberry Enchanted Cream Mix in a 900 g format makes up to 6 portions of ultra-light cream with a naturally pastel pink color and a natural flavor made from real strawberries. An economical size for workshops preparing several cakes or large quantities of cupcakes.

Preparation and uses
- For 1 portion: mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed.
- The cream is ready to use immediately for filling or piping.
- One portion fills 2 layers and covers a 25 cm cake, or decorates 24 to 30 cupcakes.
- The full bag (6 portions) makes up to 6 cakes or 144 to 180 cupcakes.
- For a richer version, replace the water with milk (200 ml total); for a lighter version, use water only.
- Keep refrigerated for several days; stir gently before using again.
