The FUNCAKES Pastel Mix 800 g is the workshop format of the multicolour pastel mix, for batch production of birth cakes, gender reveals and first birthdays.
The 800 g format reduces the cost per gram by about a third compared with the 80 g pouch, for pastry chefs with recurring production needs.
