Preparation and customization (for 500 g of mix)
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for fan-assisted ovens).
- Pour 500 g of mix, 200 g of vegetable oil, and 200 ml of water into the mixer bowl.
- Mix for 5 minutes at low speed until smooth and uniform.
- Fold in your toppings by hand: chocolate chips, fresh or frozen fruit, dried fruit, or a center of spread, caramel, or jam.
- Divide the batter among muffin cups and bake for about 25 minutes.
