How do I choose the right size for my cake?
Allow 2 to 5 cm of extra space on each side compared with the cake dimensions for easy handling and a decorative border. For a yule log, add 5 to 8 cm in length.
Can it go in the refrigerator?
Yes, the high-density cardboard and silver coating can withstand above-freezing temperatures for several hours, even overnight. However, avoid the freezer, as it can cause condensation when the board returns to room temperature.
