Soft Pearls have a sugar- and starch-based center, unlike Mini Sugar Pearls, which are hard and crunchy. This tender texture is especially suitable for young palates.

In their original airtight pouch, for up to 6 months. Once placed on the cake, they retain their optimal texture for 2 to 4 hours before gradually softening in contact with moisture.
