The Pavocake Passion KE016S mold sculpts a three-dimensional heart, with a pronounced central cleft and a naturally mirror-like surface. A single-entremet format serving 6 to 8, designed for creations for Valentine's Day, weddings, or Mother's Day. Not to be confused with the Eros KE068S mold, which creates a crown of several intertwined hearts.

Is mirror glaze suitable for this mold?
Yes, poured at 30 to 35 °C over the frozen entremet, mirror glaze perfectly follows the heart's curves for a glossy finish.
