Colour Mill Baby Pink Fondant is a ready-to-use, professional-quality fondant colored throughout: a soft, delicate pastel pink, lighter than the range's candy pink. Flexible texture, controlled elasticity, and smooth rolling without cracking or tearing.
The 250g format is designed for localized decorations, modeled flowers, and individual projects rather than full coverage. It can be worked without excessive sticking to the work surface and retains its properties for several weeks after opening when properly resealed.

Instructions
- Take the fondant out 30 minutes before use so it returns to room temperature, then knead it between your hands for 1 to 2 minutes to soften it
- Roll out on a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or cornstarch: 3 mm thick for covering, 2 mm for fine decorations
- Place on the chilled cake (ganache or set buttercream), smooth from the top toward the sides with a smoother using circular movements; wrap the remainder directly and store in an airtight container
Please note: the cake must be perfectly chilled and smooth before covering: ganache or buttercream that is still soft can make the fondant slide or leave marks. Remove any remaining air bubbles with a fine needle rather than pressing the surface.
