Linea Mold
Pavoflex range, designed by Antonio Bachour, spiral relief
The Linea PX43128S mold reproduces a regular spiral relief, evoking piping performed by hand with a pastry bag. Its 12 cylindrical 140 ml cavities, made of platinum silicone, are suitable for high-end individual entremets, with an upper cavity for the filling.

Please note: Unmold after complete freezing, for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours at -18 °C, to preserve the fine spiral relief. Hand washing with lukewarm water is recommended to extend the relief's lifespan.
