Your questions, our advice
Is this yellow water-soluble food coloring suitable for chocolate?
No, water-soluble food coloring does not disperse properly in fat such as chocolate or cocoa butter; for these uses, choose oil-soluble food coloring.
What dosage should I use for a deep yellow shade in 1 kg of preparation?
The dosage depends on the desired intensity and the type of preparation; we recommend gradually adding the powder, testing a small amount before coloring the entire batch.
Does yellow food coloring require a warning about children on the label?
As the supplier does not provide detailed information on the composition of this format, please check the ingredient list on the label you receive: colorants in this shade family are often subject to the regulatory warning about children's activity and attention when they contain certain synthetic colorants.
