Your questions, our advice
Is this red water-soluble coloring suitable for chocolate?
No, a water-soluble coloring does not disperse properly in a fat such as chocolate or cocoa butter; for these uses, choose an oil-soluble coloring.
What dosage should I use for a deep red shade in 1 kg of preparation?
The dosage depends on the desired intensity and the type of preparation; it is recommended to add the powder gradually, testing on a small amount before coloring the entire batch.
Does the red coloring require a child warning on the label?
As the supplier does not provide the detailed composition of this format, check the ingredients list on the label you receive: colorants in this shade family are often subject to the regulatory warning about effects on children's activity and attention when they contain certain synthetic colorants.
