Your questions, our advice
Is this white coloring only used for painting?
No, it also colors sugar paste, royal icing or buttercream directly, without requiring a painting step.
How do you measure it precisely with the dropper?
Add the coloring drop by drop and mix well before each additional drop to adjust the intensity without going beyond the desired shade.
Can it be used to lighten an already colored batter?
Yes, when added gradually, it lightens an existing shade as well as whitening a neutral mixture.
