Colour Mill Baby Pink Fondant is a professional-quality, ready-to-use fondant, coloured throughout: a soft, delicate pastel pink, lighter than the candy pink in the range. Supple texture with controlled elasticity, rolls out smoothly without cracking or tearing.
250 g format, designed for accent decorations, moulded flowers and individual projects rather than full cake coverage. Can be worked without excessive sticking to the work surface and retains its properties for several weeks after opening if sealed properly.

Instructions
- Take the fondant out 30 minutes before use to bring it to room temperature, then knead it between your hands for 1 to 2 minutes to soften it
- Roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or corn starch: 3 mm thick for covering, 2 mm for fine decorations
- Place on the cool cake (with set ganache or buttercream), smooth from the top down the sides in circular motions with a smoother; cover the remaining fondant directly with plastic wrap and store in an airtight container
