How can I prevent fondant from cracking when covering a cake?
Knead the fondant for 2 to 3 minutes to soften it before rolling. Roll it out to a thickness of 4-5 mm on a surface dusted with icing sugar, then smooth from the center toward the edges without trapping air bubbles. If it cracks, smooth it with your finger and a drop of water.
Does rolled Fire Red stain your hands during application?
It may slightly stain fingers and light-colored work surfaces: handle with gloves and place it on a clean surface, as with any intense E129 red.
Is this disc also suitable for modeling figurines?
No, this format is designed exclusively for covering cakes. For modeling, use classic FUNCAKES fondant in a 250 g or 1 kg block.
