FUNCAKES Cupcake Mix makes a soft, even batter for cupcakes and cakes with the simple addition of butter and eggs. Its airy texture holds its shape well when piped and is ideal for flavouring with FUNCAKES pastes or flavourings.

Step-by-step instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan-assisted) and bring the ingredients to room temperature.
- Mix 500 g of mix, 250 g of butter, and 5 eggs (250 g) for 4 minutes on low speed until smooth.
- Place paper cases in a muffin tin and fill them halfway.
- Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes, until a knife tip comes out clean.
- For a cake, pour the batter into a pan and extend the baking time to 70-75 minutes at 160 °C (140 °C fan-assisted).
