The FUNCAKES Mini White Pearls 800 g are the professional-size version in white, designed for batch production of cupcakes, celebration cakes and event creations.
The 800 g size contains 10 times the amount of the 80 g pouch, offering significant economies of scale for professional pastry chefs.

Recommended uses
- Fondant covering: sprinkle over the covered cake for an even finish.
- Royal icing and buttercream: apply at the last moment, before fully setting.
- Ganache and whipped cream: lightly sprinkle over cupcakes and entremets.
- Drip cake: apply to the still-liquid drip for optimal adhesion.
- Cupcake production: sprinkle evenly over a batch of more than 100 pieces.
- Ceremony buffet: generously sprinkle over the entire buffet.

Is the 800 g size cost-effective for occasional use?
The 800 g size is designed for regular use: batch cupcake production, group workshops or keeping a permanent stock in a shop. For occasional use, the 80 g pouch is more suitable.
How many cakes does an 800 g bag cover?
One 800 g bag (bulk size) covers 40 to 80 cakes, depending on the desired decoration density, compared with 4 to 8 cakes for the 80 g pouch.
Does the white contain a colorant that requires a warning about children?
No. Calcium carbonate (E170) is used as a mineral whitening agent and is not one of the azo colorants subject to the regulatory warning about children's attention.
