Recommended uses
- Fondant covering: sprinkle over the covered cake for an even raised effect.
- Royal icing and buttercream: apply at the last moment, before fully set.
- Ganache and whipped cream: lightly sprinkle over cupcakes and entremets.
- Drip cake: apply while the drip is still liquid for optimal adhesion.
- Newborn cake production: sprinkle pink decorations over a batch of around twenty cakes for girls.
