Azucren A4 Wafer Paper, set of 50 sheets
Flexible edible wafer paper, A4 size, for airy flowers and edible printing.
Azucren wafer paper, also known as edible rice paper, is a thin, flexible medium for cake design. This set of 50 A4 sheets (21 x 29.7 cm), with a thickness of 0.3 mm, is suitable both for shaping airy decorations (flowers, feathers, veils) and for edible printing with a dedicated printer. The Azucren formula, enriched with vegetable oil and maltodextrin, gives it a particular flexibility appreciated when working with curved petals.

Patissland Tip
Tip: Place wafer paper decorations at the last minute, within the hour before serving: moisture from icing or ganache gradually softens the paper. For long-term storage, divide the pack of 50 sheets into several separate airtight bags.

Frequently asked questions
Why is Azucren wafer paper more flexible than other wafer papers?
Its formulation adds vegetable oil and maltodextrin to the potato starch and water base, providing extra flexibility for working with flowers and airy decorations without breaking.
Can this paper be printed with a desktop printer?
No. A desktop printer uses non-edible inks. Only a dedicated food printer with certified edible inks is suitable.
How do you attach a wafer paper decoration to a cake?
Apply a thin layer of edible glue (piping gel, diluted glucose or icing gel) to the back of the piece, never directly onto the cake, then press gently.
