The surface must be completely dry before spraying (fondant: at least 4 hours; royal icing: 24 hours), otherwise the finish may be uneven.
Frequently asked questions
How much is needed for a tiered cake?
Allow approximately 3 to 5 g for a cake 18 to 20 cm in diameter with full coverage, and more for larger formats or multi-tiered cakes.
Can it be applied with a brush without an airbrush?
Yes, on small areas such as touch-ups or figurines, using a soft brush. For a large, even surface, an airbrush is still recommended.
How long does the bottle keep after opening?
When tightly closed and stored away from light and heat, it remains effective for several months. Shake before each use if separation appears.
