How many drops should I use to achieve the Royal shade?

Is this Royal colorant suitable for fondant or royal icing?

Royal is an oil-based colorant formulated for fatty preparations: melted white, dark or milk chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache and buttercream. It is not designed for water-based preparations such as royal icing or fondant mixed with water, where it will not disperse properly. Use it with fatty bases, especially for classic weddings and royal-themed events.

Can I mix Royal with another Colour Mill shade?
