The 900 g FUNCAKES Strawberry Enchanted Cream Mix makes up to 6 portions of ultra-light cream with a natural pastel pink color and a natural flavor made from real strawberries. An economical format for workshops preparing several cakes or large quantities of cupcakes.

Preparation and uses
- For 1 portion: mix 150 g of preparation with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed.
- The cream is immediately ready to use for filling or piping.
- One portion fills 2 layers and covers a Ø 25 cm cake, or decorates 24 to 30 cupcakes.
- The full sachet (6 portions) makes up to 6 cakes or 144 to 180 cupcakes.
- For a richer version, replace the water with milk (200 ml in total); for a lighter version, use only water.
- Store in the refrigerator for several days; stir gently before reuse.
Please note: Prepare only the number of portions needed at the time rather than the entire sachet at once: prepared cream keeps for a few days in the refrigerator, but unmixed powder keeps longer in a dry place.
