High-performance plant-based thickener and gelling agent.
Sosa konjac gum, derived from the root of Amorphophallus konjac, is a 100% natural thickening, stabilizing, and gelling agent. Its high water absorption capacity makes it possible to form soft, stable gels even at low dosage, either on its own or in combination with other texturizing agents.

Use
Mix the powder with the dry ingredients, pour into cold water while stirring vigorously, then heat to 75–80 °C until completely dissolved (never pour liquid directly onto the powder). Used on its own, it forms thermoirreversible gels; combined with kappa gum, it becomes thermoreversible.
Please note: konjac gum (E425i), 100% plant-based. Store in a dry place away from moisture.
