Dome 01 Kit: Tritan half-sphere shell and platinum silicone insert for 24 glossy round pralines.
The Dome 01 Kit combines a Tritan chocolate mold for the shell with a 100% platinum silicone insert mold for the filling. It allows you to mold 24 round pralines at once, with the characteristic glossy finish of Tritan. Both molds are BPA-free and PFAS-free.

Please note: The silicone insert is smaller than the Tritan cavity: first pour a thin layer of tempered chocolate into the shell, add the filled insert once set, then seal with chocolate to close the praline. The silicone mold is dishwasher- and microwave-safe; the Tritan mold is not.

Is the Tritan mold oven-safe?
No, the Tritan shell is not oven-safe. Only the platinum silicone insert mold withstands temperatures from -60 to +230 °C.
What is the difference between it and the Semisfera 01 Kit?
The Dome 01 features Ø26 mm cavities with an 8 ml capacity, smaller than the Semisfera 01's Ø31 mm cavities and 8.5 ml capacity: two half-sphere sizes for varying bite-sized formats.
