This enameled steel cake pan, available in four diameters from 20 to 28 cm, provides even baking for pavlova, clafoutis, cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, fraisier cakes, bavarois, or rainbow cakes. Its enamel coating is scratch-resistant, including against fruit acids.
