With 60% pistachios, it offers an excellent balance of authenticity and convenience for everyday baking; for a 100% pistachio taste, it can be supplemented with pure pistachio paste.
Why does the paste sometimes separate in the jar?
This is normal with 71% natural fat: the pistachio oils rise to the surface. Stir before each use.
Is it suitable for people with tree nut allergies?
No, it contains pistachios and soy and should be avoided if you are allergic to these ingredients.
