Magic Decor Powdered Lace Mix 250 g
Professional mix for fine, supple edible lace
Pavoni Magic Decor is a powdered mix for making fine, supple and detailed edible lace. Used with Magic Decor silicone mats, it allows you to create decorations for cakes, celebration cakes, entremets and artistic creations.

Instructions
- Pour the contents into a bowl with lukewarm water.
- Mix with a stand mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, until creamy and smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a Magic Decor silicone mat using a scraper.
- Leave to dry in the open air or in a low-temperature oven until the desired consistency is reached.
- Carefully unmold by turning over the mat and gently lifting the edges.
