The Decora white square cake drum board is 12 mm thick, with a waterproof white finish on the top, bottom, and edge. Designed for heavy square cakes and number cakes, it will not bend under the weight of a cake covered in ganache or fondant. Five side lengths available, from 20 to 40 cm.
For cakes with a moist base, such as mousses, fresh fruit, or creams, place a sheet of acetate or a parchment paper disc between the drum and the cake to protect the coating.
A number cake often consists of two digits placed side by side: choose a 36 or 40 cm drum to align both shapes with enough presentation space.
