Demolding and care: spread the cigarette paste or tempered chocolate with an offset spatula, scrape off the excess so that material remains only in the circles, then let it set in the oven or chill before carefully peeling off each pattern. The mat is dishwasher- and microwave-safe; keep it away from knives, direct flames, and hotplates.
