How many drops of yellow coloring should I use for 100 g of chocolate?
The amount depends on the desired intensity: start with a few drops, mix thoroughly, then gradually adjust until you get the desired shade. The liquid coloring disperses very quickly in melted chocolate.
Can this yellow coloring diluted in cocoa butter be used with an airbrush or a paintbrush?
Yes, diluted in melted cocoa butter, this liquid coloring can be used to paint with a brush or spray with an airbrush onto unmolded chocolate, provided the mixture is filtered well to prevent any residue.
Does this liquid yellow coloring require a warning about children on the label?
As the supplier does not provide full details of the ingredients for this liquid product, check the ingredients list on the label you receive: colorings in this shade family are often subject to the regulatory warning about children’s activity and attention when they contain certain synthetic colorings.
